Versa-Tape Company, Inc., in partnership with State Bar of California MCLE Approved Provider Edward H. Poll and Associates (approved provider #02793) offer MCLE approved participatory credit on cd/mp3.



MP3s are $25 per credit hours

How is participatory credit earned through mp3s?

In order to offer participatory credit through the use of audio programs, the approved provider needs to guarantee that you are earning your MCLE Participatory credits in a quality listening setting. To accomplish that, we include documentation with the mp3s advising you to select an individual to act as our proctor. The proctor does not have to sit with you. He/She simply has to guarantee the hours were earned in a environment conducive to listening. The only requirement is the proctor cannot be a co-participating attorney. An associate, assistant, secretary, co-worker, wife, husband, even an attorney who is not sitting with you earning the MCLE credit can be a proctor.

Upon completion of the participatory hours, you and your proctor sign and return one set of the enclosed documentation back to us, we keep them on file and we forward to you the MCLE certificates of completion. Keep those certificates and the other set of documents on file in your office.

Can’t I earn participatory credit listening to any MCLE mp3 as long as there is more than one attorney listening?

No. MCLE participatory credit can only be earned through MCLE CD/mp3s designated specifically as offering participatory credit.
